I wanted to explore future business directions. I was a sole proprietor with a strong business but needed some guidance on how to continue and potentially grow while keeping a good work/life balance. I was referred to Spencer by a colleague in the same field who had recently worked with him. My work with Spencer started out in a coaching relationship.
